Telecel Globe is an international telecommunications company operating GSM networks in Burundi, Central African Republic, Zimbabwe and Namibia, targeting acquisitions of exiting operations and Greenfield licenses in Africa and Asia. We seek opportunities in small and medium cap mobile operators in emerging economies with low mobile phone penetration. As an independent but wholly-owned subsidiary of Orascom Telecom Holding, Telecel Globe benefits from significant synergies with Orascom and its other telecom operations around the world.
